North Pointe Village Boards

North Pointe Village is governed by three boards: master, condo, & townhome. Each board consists of three seats filled with owners from their respective associations. The Master board consists of three seats of two townhome seats and one condo seat filled by members of condo & townhome board members. 

HOA Board meetings are held typically the 2nd Monday of every even month at 7 pm on Google-meet

The next Board Meeting will be held on Monday, April 14th @ 7 pm
