Community Pool Rules

All Swimmers Must Shower Before Entering the Pool.  A swimmer leaving the pool to use the toilet must take a second cleansing shower before returning to the pool enclosure.

1. People who appear to be afflicted with cuts, skin disease, communicable diseases, colds, fever, infection or other physical ailments are prohibited from entering the water.

2. No spitting or bodily fluids in the pool. Any child 3 yrs and younger, any child not toilet trained, anyone who lacks defecation control shall wear a water resistant swim diaper and waterproof swimwear. Swim diapers and any waterproof swimwear shall have waist and leg openings fitted such that they are in contact with the waist and leg around the entire circumference.

3. Bottles, glass and other hazardous objects are prohibited within the pool area or bathroom facilities.

4. All children in the pool area 14 yrs and under MUST have adult supervision, someone who is 18 yrs or older

5. No diving, running, boisterous play, obnoxious behavior, loud music, or rough play is permitted in the pool area.

6. Any person suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited from entering the pool.

7. Consumption of food and beverage products in the swimming pool is forbidden. All food and beverages must stay at the tables. Water bottles (not glass) are permitted around the pool.

8. No tobacco or other ember burning products are permitted on Community property at any time.

9. All animals, with the exception of guide animals for the disabled, are prohibited from entering the pool area.  NO animal is permitted in the pool.

10. Pool for Owners, Residents and Authorized Guests ONLY.

11. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
